  WATCH OUT !! you may buy 1 item at three different prices!!
  
  I had a bad experience with GTS when I search on their website looking for " Hp mouse 200 Red " I found the price 7.99 JOD and you can check it till now, then I go the Gardens branch I found what I ask for but with a different price which is 15 JOD ! they inform me the website is " Out of stock " and I told them you need to update their website !!
  
  When I go to another branch on the second floor they still selling the "Hp mouse 200 red " third price which is 10.99 JOD and when I tried to explain to the customer service it had been very rude and inform me that he did not know about the price from the website as he knows the price from me !!!

  I bought a Dell computer from them a year ago. I asked them to install 500GB HD. I discovered later they did not. When I told them about this issue a few days later, they were confused and it seems that they do not know anything about their work. Anyway, because I live in Zarqa, it was hard to me to go again to Amman to get the HD. They told me that I can get it from their branch in Zarqa. I went to their branch in Zarqa and had a very bad experience. The staff there were too rude. They wanted to give me an opened, used HD, and even a used data cable. I got angry and refused to take it. I then returned to Amman branch to solve this issue. In conclusion, bad customer service and they are untrustworthy guys. Stay away from them.
