I would've put 3 stars had they not claimed to be a 7 star spa. The lady who gave me a facial speaks very loud, doesn't allow me to relax, focuses on the negative aspects in me and has no apparent system of conduct. I should give them 1 star.

Tried full body waxing 2 times, both times I'm sent home with about a 60% service. As I'm pregnant and can't see the back of my legs or certain spots until I get home, that is because they don't have a long body mirror in the small boxed waxing room. Also the waxing lady told me on my first visit that she is know as the "waxing queen" lol. Def not the case since she will never go over the spot twice of double check you or care to tweeze out a hair that was not picked up by the wax. Her main concern is how quickly she is able to finish a client. She takes about 20 minutes to do full body. I woudent care if it was done properly but she literally does not give a hells dam to go over a section twice or to remove all the hair. It's so unprofessional. Her job is so easy I don't get why she is in such a rush to hit that 20 minute mark for a full body waxing service. Also she felt the need to make comments regarding my changing body during pregnancy, coming from her who is around the 350 pound mark. No I would NEVER bring down another women but I will never accept to be body shamed for some stretch marks. She must be miserable or sad in her life. Don't expect to walk out of the salon after a wax feeling soft and clean. Your almost in shock how she could miss so much.
Although I have not tried any other services, I can't speak for an overall experience. But as for waxing it's a 1 star.response / report this review -

Worst pedicure I've ever received. Unprofessional staff. For a spa that claims to be 7 star I expect much better service than this. The lady made me do all the work! First I left her to fold up my jeans, which she then asked me to do. Then she told me no need to fold them up too high (I shouldn't have listened because she soaked my jeans). Instead of keeping me comfortable, she kept asking me to lift up my feet to put/remove the bench. I've never seen a spa that places the bench on top of the sink. She also asked me to move my feet (to no space at all) while they were wet so that she puts back the bench which made my shoes get wet.
The scrub was a disaster. If I wanted someone to scrub with just plain water, I would've done it myself. To top it all off, when she applied the cream, her version of a massage were a couple of knocks and slaps to my foot.
If I was going to a regular old salon I wouldn't really mind all of this. But I strongly believe the 7 star rating should be pulled from this salon.response / report this review -

Today I had the best Swedish Massage in Amman. Excellent welcome, atmosphere and Ewa was great! I'd note that the room was missing a candle or a soft scent. Will be back for sure.
