  One of the best gyms in Amman and fairly quiet. Friendly staff, spacious changing areas, quality equipment and everything you would expect in a modern place.

  The classes are average..but I loved the juice bar they have it's called "nutri shak"..they offer very yummy protein shakes and sandwiches with a v reasonable prices

  I prefer fitness first , clean quite classy although pricy !!! Ladies area is well separated.1:1 training is expensive.

  Separate Ladies Only area

  Many variety world class training classes
  personal training is expensive
