Decent burger for the price.
Patty is always cooked "well done" and the bread is a bit overwhelming. There is no "wow" factor but it's good enough.

The burger is all bread and no meat. The meat is a soy patty not beef. I waisted 27JD and ended up throwing the food away. I definitely know what a burger taste like and the meat was not 100% beef it was mixed with soy more than anything.

I am biased towards Firefly because of the bang you get for your buck, but the only burger I found to be worth it there is the Angus. That's a personal preference though

I tried Firefly Burger for more than one time and each time the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented.

The waiters were attentive, friendly, proffesional and the service overall was good. The restaurant decoration is really nice and cozy.

I used to order Angus Burger meal and each time the food was extremely delicious!

The atmosphere is just amazing and comfortable.

A great place for trendy groups and highly recommended for delicious meals.

The burger is fine. The bread bun is a bit of a let down its on the chewy side. The place is very casual & its inexpensive . Staff were very friendly . The fries portion is very generous however they were overseasoned and over salted.

Good burgers, bad service, also in this branch they don't put condiments on the table and are very slow, we were 3 2 of us ordered togather and a 3rd right behind us, we got our orders 20 mins in the third got his 20 mins after us, after we had to remind the waiter 3 times, and after all that he didn't get his fries till 15 mins after, very bad service.

nice place and great food, the only issue is sometimes the food is dry or cold, they need to make sure that their burger is always meeting some standard regardless of the cook or the time

One of my favourite burger places in amman.
The quality and quantity is perfect.
The taste is great.
The place could be a little limited for large groups.
No WiFi and smoking is not allowed inside.

Got myself an Angus burger.
It was quite delicious and the portion was generous and for a very suitable price.
I would've liked it better if it were hotter, though. Was very mildly warm.
They've also got some hip music, though I'm not sure if it's their or the radio's, but props either way 😉

I did order a delivery to my place.. It took 60 minutes to arrive which was fine.. But the food came cold and the drinks came warm, the French fries wasnt fresh at al, i called the restaurant and explained that to them, the sent me another order yet it had the same problem with the French fries!!! Very bad experience. Last time to order from this place!

The food and overall experience is consistent among all branches. Their burgers are the best and the prices are still the best as well with out compromising the quality.
Very casual place, suits a family and a group.
