The best place in Al-Karak, serves fine food and has nice open terrace. Highly recommended it!

Bad is the one word that comes to mind. No service despite 7 people chatting with each other, food from another planet and not in a good way. What shame, the view on the castle is actually pretty good and the only reason for a star.

The hotel isn't located in a prime area, although the hotel itself is well equipped. The restaurant is great. The pool and balcony is very convenient. Nice hotel overall.

Hotel is nice employees are friendly, but regarding the rooms, carpet is very dirty and bathroom needs renovation ad very old even you can't take shower

We just checked in last night and this morning looking for a new hotel. Just a terrible hotel. Nothing else to say. I am so angry that for such a big conference they chose this hotel. Carpet is so dirty, toilet and shower area is awful. Even the simple thing the tea cups provided are dirty inside. They did not even clean those cups. Please avoid this hotel if you are in Al Al karak.

I was in 3rd floor room number 303.. Very dirty room not deserve 4 or 5 stars just olnly 2 star and should price to be 20 jd not 50
Bathroom dirty. Shoebox not available all water come out drains are blogged ujus ujus . sheet of bed too much hair. Towels ujus very dirty
Carpet even look like used and dirty and smell.. too. Much spot everywhere
Don't believe that is 4 or 5 start

The hotel is good and it's location facing the Kerak castle is fab. but my group and I have notes about:
* Lights aren't enough
* Shower Box should have a door or a curtain
* Landline didn't work the three days we spent at the hotel.
* The AC didn't work the three days we spent at our room.
* No replacement of used items was done.

Hotel is considered the best in karak, they had soft opening this week. Rooms are minimally equipped, but still it is good so far.
