  That old trick where they give you a car with almost no fuel and say bring it back empty, and you'll need around a tank for your trip. So of course you give them back a car with half a tank, and they won't pay for it. Fairly knackered old car too.

  at the begining very nice people, but at the return they told us that there is scratched front window and I have to buy new one. I told them that I will not pay for it as it is in insurance and called to customer service (only call cost me 40$), after this they finally told me to go to police to got evidence for insurance company. This could be done at the begining without this unpleasant experience. And I left with the feeling that they want to scr*w with me only. It is pity.

  Дают послабления, но не приходят вовремя в обещанное время утром, не приезжают на встречу в аэропорт на встречу, не берут трубки

  Very friendly staff and the rental prices are fair! Unlimited kilometers included in the contract. During our rental we had a leak tire and we had to exchange it for the spare one. After returning the car we didn't had to pay additionally. They even brought us back to the border of Israel. Good service!

  8.28.17 - 9.1.17: We were greeted by Abed who was very nice. The Credit Card machine was down, so we did not pay for the car until we returned it.
  
  The car had 114,000 miles on it and it was dirty and clearly worn. The seats were ripped in a few places (not huge rips). I failed to check the tires and we blew the front left wheel, which cost us $250 Jordanian dollars to replace. I was also given the car on empty, like almost 100% empty. I was told that I can go about 20 km to the closest gas station, which was about 1 km away. Luckily I found one within 15 minutes, but Aqaba is not an easy city to navigate.
  
  I did not like Europcar in Aqaba. I've asked the office to send me pictures of the repaired vehicle for 2 weeks and I've only been given one response. I'm not 100% sure if they were scamming me out of 250 Jordanian cash because they said credit card was unacceptable due to the turn around time from the credit card company and the mechanic would only do the work if paid immediately. Unfortunately, not a great experience.

  Быстрое оформление, новые машины, работают дольше остальных, при сдаче машины закрыли глаза на небольшую царапину.
