  I genuinely feel the safest here, I've had a plenty of complicated cases that turned out very well, special thanks to the brilliant Dr. Taher, genuinely grateful.
  
  Here's an example of a root canal treatment,
  there was pain and apparent swelling. MTA sealer was used to ensure a high quality seal of the root canal system, and rubber dam was placed to prevent the introduction of bacteria to prevent infections, performed using rotary and under magnification. Here's a before and after picture.
