I went to print labels today and the staff working there were very helpful. Saif worked with us on fixing the labels. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and highly informative. He presented me with several options and was quick to understand my problem and provide the best solution. He is a very hard worker and intelligent. Thank you Saif for the wonderful customer experience. We will be returning for all of our future labels. We did face some difficulties with staff on the phone and getting unfulfilled call backs and that is the main con. Other than that we are appreciative towards their effort.

They didn't respect appointment time and asked to wait for 20min without asking if my task is complex or not. It was a simple business card design. No respect to time. No valet as claimed.

Alhamdulillah—the manager was welcoming, easy to communicate with, and quickly understood and responded to my scanning request, and his service exceeded my expectations. The staff member, who did the scanning, took good care of the original artwork and provided all the scans in three different formats, while we waited. Ma sha Allah.

Great service and helpful staff. You can modify your work on the go as they provide workstations. They print on wide range of options. You get a discount if you register as company. Prices gets lower with quantity.

Good paper quality and good prices. Employees however are under-qualified, and slow, especially when itcomes to printing posters. I hope they improve that in the future.

Unprofessional.
1 First you call and inquire they ask for an email to info@doculand in order to see if its possible, how much would it cost and how long will it take. They replied after hours we can do it. ONLY
2 I go at three o'clock to them and they apologise that the book is copyrighted and they cant print it but they can scan it form me.
3 She takes the details on how i need it done. i come back at 8 and its ready but not as i asked at all.
4 They asked me to come back in an hour and so i did and again its not ready.
5 I ask if its possible to pass by the next morning on my way to work to pick it up they said it will be ready. first 45 min they couldn't find it. when they did it took 30 to copy on to my USB.

I understand the fact that they are capable of providing many things but the waiting time is unrealistic, the staff are unprofessional, disrespectful and they do not commit to deadlines. I have made a total of 3 trips and got a different excuse each time on how they are working on it but it needs more time and after leaving and coming back after two hours as I was told, they tell me that it cant be done today. I still havent recieved my work even though I made it very clear how urgent it was that I get it as soon as possible. On my last trip I found out that they had not even started working on it and asked me to leave and come back in two hours. Worst experience. And the worse part is the fact that they are very expensive (1.25 JDs to SCAN a paper). I definitely do not recommend.

It's an excellent digital printing press . You will probably get the results you want. However, you have to have a high budget in mind.
