Great staff, professional, patient. Went there twice and had excellent experience.
Terrible customer service, very expensive and misinformative.
Owner was arrogant and disrespectful.
Worst place to go diving. Seriously.
Amjad and his team will take you for the dive of your life! The red sea and everything it has to offer has been their playground for years and they can boast being the first dive center in Jordan. Had a blast so far during the first 3 days, still 2 days to go and I can't wait!
The staff is friendly and helpful but the gear for rental is not well maintained. Generally (not just for this club).. it's best to have your own gear.
Friendly enough staff and good diving, however the customer service is severely lacking. I finished my PADI certification here and have been waiting 5 months for photos of me that were lost and the submission of my certification paperwork. Email responses to my requests were slow and now ignored.
Myself and twenty others recently attended dive Aqaba in Jordan. Only a handful of us attending already had our padi licenses while the remaining members of our group were there to receive their open water certification. Both groups (divers and non-divers) had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff handled our large group with ease and were very personable and knowledgable. Dive Aqaba is by far the most modestly priced dive center i have ever attended we got what we paid for and more. Every member of our group had a great time from the breath taking dives in the clear waters of the red sea to the mouth watering barbecues and cold beer at the end of the day. I would recommend dive Aqaba to divers of every skill level and if you ever happen to find yourself there tell party Jesus "stonefish" says what's up!
