I booked a trip to Batumi, Georgia to depart at 12:10 pm via Fly Jordan & I was told by Dallas sales representative to be at airport 9:00 am. When I arrived to airport at 9:00 am, I found out that the flight was delayed to 1:45 pm then to 3:45 pm then to 4:29 pm !!!
I am writing this review from the airport & I am still waiting .
I heard that other Fly Jordan flights to Turkey & Sharm Alsheikh were delayed as well for 6 hours !!!
This is the worst experience traveling with an agency 😡response / report this review -

Generally a good place to make cheap reservations.. but the service in the other country that you are going to is bit so good they offer you these trips that are much cheaper when you search for them alone such as a ferry ride or a place to go generally it's a good place to make a reservation only but do not commit with them in the country that you are visiting just ho around exploring in your own

Regarding Abdali branch. ..Was shocked with the level of confusion that the staff had, we spent over 2 hours to book for a very simple trip to sharm el Sheikh and it felt that they were not able to confirm the room type in addition to showing their discomfort as it was approaching their closing time and requested us to come again tomorrow after exactly 2 hours.. we decided to leave and not to deal with them at all..

Avoid this company at all cost The booking process was a nightmare (rude, unprofessional), they dumped me in Istanbul with no knowledge of what to do or where to go, , some purple with me got lost but I finally found out that they use a separate company called “Helen “ ( from the voucher). They dropped me to my hotel.
On the way back they decided to change my flight “last minute “ and left us hanging in a strange country by ourself for almost a day. The hotel forces us to check out and we wondered the streets,
I Called everyone and finally got nowhere bcz they won’t even answer me and will only tell you to contact the rep that booked you (WTF) first time I called “internationally” they said “he is running late;call later “, second time I called they said “he is at Lunch, call later “, third time I called they said “he is busy with other called; call later “ all of that while I’m in a different country stranded.
I really believe that they should be sued for their misconduct and mistreatment to people.response / report this review -

خدمة عملاء سيئة لما قبل الحجز، غبت عنهم سنين ورجعت قلت ممكن امورهم اختلفت لكن لا جديد. الخيارات الاخرى معروفه وكتيرة وفرق بالتعامل حتى لبعد الحجز والسفر. غير مأسوف عليكم يا دالاس.

Worst customer service ever , at least that’s what we had at Abdali branch . The office is very disorganized and hot . I had to cancel after increased the price in the last minute. The said that offer is for minimum 2 people while on FB there is no such conditions . The agent who is supposed to be more flexible or at least apologetic, was arguing and had no clue what is their ad saying on Facebook.

Avoid this company at any cost, every year people get strandid for days and are left out for their own fates stacked in buses because the company deals with completely unreliable cheap airlines. Customer reps simply close their phones.

Very very very bad agency stay away from it .. their schedule is suck no planning delayed flights for 5 hours and the shop representive doesn't show respect and give wrong and not much information about the flights and the hotels also they just offer far far far away hotels from the city center of the preferred city in order for they to take commissions over people also they give wrong pricing list over the phone compared to the price that they give for people in shops.. I wish I booked another travel agency !!! OMG they ruined my vacation.

One of the staff booked us to the wrong hotel and when I arrived to the location (sharm- Egypt) with my family(including my 70 year old dad), I contacted them to correct their mistake, but they didn't do anything till the next day where i had to pay the extra price that was needed to fix their own mistake and switch to the hotel that we wanted to stay in at the first place long story short this company does not respect the customers and does not even worry about their own reputation i am just amazed!

If I can give them 0 stars I will. The worst experience ever. They hide things from you. The hotels they deal with are the worst. I regret the week I wasted of my life flying with this company. They dont give you information what so ever. When you get there, the company they deal with in Turkey will up charge you. I hated it. I'm stuck now in the plane, that's going from Antalya to Istanbul and supposed to be going to Amman. They chose the worst flights for you, the worst hotels, the worst food to keep all your money. I'd rather fly alone than flying with them. I promise you, you will regret it.
