Very friendly staff, the owner of the hotel is always available to hear any complaints if any are present. He would also help you around the city and will be willing to drop you off if your route is on his way. Moreover he has bicycles for the guests to use.

Excellent and above normal service! So friendly and helpfull. Good wifi and nice/clean room. Breakfast was without fruit, but when we asked were to buy it they got it for us.

Everything works as intended, the breakfast is good quality, the staff is helpful and there are no hidden costs. Rooms are clean and well equipped, although we had to call the reception to get the hairdryer brought up.

I give them 5 cuz of kindness of the receptionist in the day time and all services he made for us.
The breakfast is good i like it arabian breakfast, clean and quiet.
Next time i go to Aqaba I'll head to this hotel.
But some services are expensive

Really nice hotel, friendly and great service. Highlights : great WiFi, breakfast, Aircon and stylish bedroom and bathroom. Only con, there isn't a pool and it is a 20 minute walk from the main city centre. But great for budget travellers who still like a good service from friendly people.

It is clean. The staff are very good. Very competitive prices. Out if the hustle and bustle of the main town but close enough for a quick taxi into town for a couple of JD.

Excellent value for money, cleanliness is excellent as well, welcoming and service is very good, optimum choice for travellers who are passing by Aqaba staying for a night. Very quite and comfortable due to its good location outside the crowded area (less than 5 minutes from the seaside and downtown).
