  I'd like to register a complaint against service rendered related to a long delay on the delivery of my camera and lack of respect to customers.
  
  In short, i took my camera for maintenance on December 12th and was told it'll take a week to check and fix the internal battery @ $35. After many follow ups, they confirmed on the 26th that it is ready for pick up.
  
  When I went to the service center to pick it up, I was told to wait for more than 1 hour for the person to who has my camera to come from home to hand it over!!!!
  
  When I told them I deal with a company not an individual, the poor attitude by the employee and lack of processional service was shockingly appalling!!!!!!
  
  I hope the management takes this matter seriously and take corrective actions.
