We booked a trip to Georgia for 4 people. They told us that the time of the flight will be decided one day ahead, never happened. 5 hours before the flight they confirmed the flight time wich left us in a big mess!
My dad missed the trip because he had 4 days left for the validity of his passport. We had no idea and they didn't inform us that it should be more than 6 months validity.
My dad missed the trip, they didn't cooperate to book him another flight (which we will pay for) nor give us any money back as he missed the whole thing.
I strongly do not recommend them!response / report this review
