  Group of thieves. Worst service ever. Such a banker who gives thier workers an outline to rip customers off.

  "Some" staff are friendly, helpful, aware of bank services, yet it took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to open a new bank account, sighed more than 18 times on different documents which you can't even review during this 1 hour so it's useless and doesn't make sense, online banking is not working from the first try, you have at least to make 2/3 phone calls and waste your phone credit waiting on phone to fix this issue but it's not helpful all the time, and to use their online banking you have to go back in time and use a (no longer used internet browser), yes you can only use Internet Explorer browser to use the online banking service, i can't believe that, overall routine and bureaucracy controlling everything in this look-alike urban bank.
  
  Update: after 2 phone calls and 2 visits to the bank branch they failed to activate my Paypal service through their online banking system, therefor i decided to close my account.
