Kepi is a lweibdeh favorite!, located in the center at Paris circle, it offers a view on the circle and little streets around it, it’s a small, very cozy little Cafe where you can enjoy a cup of tea (Dilmah) or a good cup of coffee, they have shishas as well, the semi-outdoor area is very nice, the service is slower than average but they make up for it by being nice usually.
The food is surprisingly good for a café, they have very nice chicken dishes and a tasty potato skin dish.
The parking is tricky, you will probably have to walk as there’s usually no parking nearby.
They do offer a smoking-free zone upstairs.
Prices are average, not at all expensive.

This is a good place to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee work on your laptop and a comfy quiet atmosphere.

They have a variety of items on their menu, not bad food, but I think the prices are a bit above average.

The stuff for really really friendly, but the thing they could be a little bit faster.

We got served a sad omelet on top of a stale piece of toast. They gave us hashbrowns which are actually chunks of boiled potatoes that probably touched a lukewarm frying pan. Add to it the insipid coffee and overpriced bill, and you get a mistake for a breakfast.

A very welcoming and friendly staff, excellent service with good prices. But not a place for children. The best thing about this place is the decor and painting on the walls. It serves pasta, burger and other snacks.

Hip place that can get very busy in the evening.

Been there a few times and service has been slow. It's a nice atmosphere. Especially good if you don't mind smoking or people smoking around you.
The food is good. Menu has a selection of Mexican food as well as pastas and other things.

Now I give only 4 stars since the service of shisha was bed. They forgot it. Otherwise the service of some server is very nice and friendly. A few need polishing their customer service etitude. Atmosphere is nice, gives the local feeling. A good place to read, play games, have a small dish or just have a shisha and/or coffee.
