From the outside you will have the impression of a luxuries place but the experience will be the opposite. Very expensive, noisy, extremely slow service, no parking. Not my favorite for sure.

Haroun cafe is one of the worst cafes I've been to in Jordan. It looks luxurious from the outside so you expect to receive 5 star service. Yet the food, drinks and hooka are mediocre. The biggest problem that I faced was with my seating. I requested to sit outside and they said they added me on the waiting list. Mutliple people came after me and were seated before me. Later on the MANAGER LIED to me and said that the outside seating is for families only. 10 minutes passed roughly and then he sat a group of guys there. First, that's sexist. Second, there's no need to lie to your customers. I visit Jordan only in the summer. This is no way to treat your guests especially tourists that come here to have fun and spend their hard earned cash. I was very disappointed.

Place looks nice but will not soo any interest in serving will take extra time to chat and ignore you the food and drinks are ever mediocre and the music was every loud the manger ( I think ) she was the worst she tried to charge me extra as I would notice do not go in look for anything else thr DQ next is better and even the chili house has better food than here

The setting of the restaurant is great. Staff were friendly but extremely slow. Slow on taking orders and slow on delivering food. When food arrived it was cold. Whenever you ask staff for something it took an average of 20 Minutes to get back. Worst customer service if you don't mind waiting then this place is for you. Otherwise would not recommend.
