Con artists! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

They sell kitsch at two to three times the price that it’s worth. Your taxi driver will tell you that he’s taking you somewhere special with good prices. That should be your first clue. You should ask yourself “what’s in it for the driver?” The main guy there speaks English and insults you by telling you that he’s giving you a discount. I expected prices to be inflated, but this is highway robbery. It’s really too bad that one has this experience because Jordan is such a lovely country and you want to contribute to local crafts. This is ridiculous. I’m so angry about this place. I actually found the same items CHEAPER at a 5 -star hotel gift shop, but it was too late. I’d already given these charlatans my money.

We were ripped off by this shop and will be warning tourists to stay away.
prices are very inflated and this is not right to do the wrong thing by tourists. After being told we were at the source of where the products were made we bought many products. Now we find same products on the dolmen website at more than half the cost we were charged!!
Example this body scrub we were charged 35JOD which is 71 australian dollars. We have now found the dolmen website price is 27 Australian dollars for the same body scrub.
I cannot believe that this shop can get away with doing this to tourists and feel very disappointed with this experience.

DO NOT BUY DEAD SEA PRODUCTS HERE. We spent around USD 700 on Dead Sea products while in the shop only to google the products 3 days later and find them available online in Australia for about half the cost of what they are selling them in this shop. Example: cleansing lotion was 30 JOD in the shop and 34 AUD on the Australian website. 34 JOD is 61 AUD!!!!!!!!!!!! This is disgusting and the shop should feel ashamed at how they treat tourists. If you want to have a tourism industry consider how you treat people. Word of mouth goes a long way.

Overpriced. You will find the same stuff much cheaper in the centre of Amman. This is a typical tourist trap.

Typical place where tour guide/leader/driver takes you. Our driver said it's a place "where locals buy it and it's not touristic price". Don't be fooled, expensive.nesrly everyone smokes in the same room making it hard for non smokers to decide what to buy. Hope u have a guide that can help bargain for you as ours didn't. At the end of it, our driver went home with a free lotion of some sort. Buy of you want too, otherwise leave. Souveniers super expensive.

Not bad collection, but overpriced, you can buy the same souvenirs in downtown much cheaper.

Very unfriendly, very rude, unprofessional specially with locals, and prices are much cheaper on their website than in store.
I regret buying their products, poor quality for the price. I found better and cheaper products in the city.

Comprehensive shopping for souvenirs and dead Sea products, a bit expensive but you can practice your bargaining skills.
