Professional and quick but the focus is on the money more than a friendly and helpful relationship ship with the customers.. Lack of friendliness is part of the culture in business in this city almost every where

I am still waiting Mr. Ali Abulouz (manager at Arena) to provide me with a receipt of 50 JOD but he is still procrastinating. I rented Hundayai Elantra model 2015 early May 2018 and Arena made me pay 610 Jordanian Dinars for only 6 days. A dog collided with the car but the damage worths barely 120 JOD. Arena made me pay 350 JOD instead. Arena made me pay 40 JOD because the insurance for is closed in the weekend although I handed the car at 1pm on Thursday 4 May 2018. I highly recommend that you do not deal with this company at all. In the office, you will find two three shouting at you and try to rip you off. Please do not use their service.
