The PhD professors of this university really might as well stay home, because every last one of their students cheats on his or her exam. They spend hours teaching ultimately useless "knowledge" (which is clear because most of the professors act with disrespect and disregard. That saying, "the more your know, the more humble you become" doesn't apply to this university), and virtually every last one of their students peeks at the students next to them or in front of them, seeking the answers to the test, most of the time succeeding at doing so. Firstly, you can't call yourself a teacher if you're teaching jargon and mindless knowledge. And secondly, you can't say you're teaching if every one of your students sleeps in class expecting to cheat on their exams knowing full well they could do so. There's no "teaching" involved if the tests you're giving your students aren't done with integrity.

Most of the staff of the university are highly disrespectful and have no sense of humility. It's all a game of "authority". A university is supposed to be a place of knowledge, and not a scheme-filled disaster where every staff member is only interested in rising above the other, consistently gossiping to one another about the faults of others. The PhD professors, who displayed the ignorance in their character time and time again, act as though they are superior to the floor sweeper or the porter of the university, when both of them, on the scheme of true knowledge, know exactly the same. They get such high wages and the poor staff at the bottom hardly get enough to survive. If Islam is a religion teaching us to care for our fellow Muslims, then this university is one that carries not the principles of Islam whatsoever, but rather the Satanic Darwinian concept of "survival of the fittest".

When people are being interviewed to be hired into this calamity that calls itself a university, they should not only ask for a degree (in which its respective university teaches jargon), but rather about their character and whether they have learned any respect growing up. You can learn far more from a floor sweeper who was properly raised by his parents than by a PhD Professor whose heart is blackened and whose character carries no humility nor integrity.

Don't get me wrong, some of the staff members are the kindest of people. But these are the very same staff members who are severely disrespected and mistreated by those who supervise them.

If this was a university, the professors would be far more concerned with the concept of books and knowledge, and far less concerned with lining their own pockets at the expense of the employees they consider "little".
