The best experience I had with a health care provider in Irbid, the staff are kind and friendly, they actually seem to be doing their best within their capacity.

The emergency staff was not professional to put the IV needle, they tried it 3 times, the residents Doctor appears at the end of service with no comments on my medical status , i did not ask to buy the medicine from the hospital pharmacy, they put right away and I had nothing to do just to accept it.
