Asalam Alikom Wa Rahmato Allah Wa Baraktoh.
In The Name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
We believe that "One's life is in the hand of Allah", and there is no doubt in that, it is.
The hospital needs to put a strict review on some of its doctors and their abilities.
Losing a beloved one is hard, but losing a beloved one knowing that doctors or "a doctor" could have done better, by studying and reviewing the patient's case more carefully is far far worse. I've lost a dear family member who was a close friend today due to a medical error. He was admitted to Al Khaldi Hospital while he was conscious. The doctor said that the patient needs a cerebral artery bypass procedure due to a stroke. After the surgery, the doctor had discovered that he used a small size artery than he needed. The sound of that gives me the chills. Like, how in the world you're going to do something like this? I mean, everyone in this world had went to buy a pair of shoes and I'm more than positive that the majority had left the store with the shoes that fits, do you see the picture? Nevertheless, the doctor had gone home after realizing and acknowledging his mistake, knowing that he screwed up. He went home to celebrate Christmas, he went home to spend time with family and friends and left other families in pain and suffering, and never returned to the hospital until my sibling was announced brain dead. Keep in mind that the patient next room have had something similar and also passed away. Perhaps the doctor have used a garden hoes instead.
To Dr. Morees or Maurice Dahdaleh. Whichever way you spell your name, May Allah strike you where it hurts.

نحن نعتقد أن "حياة واحدة هي في يد الله"، وليس هناك شك في ذلك.
المستشفى يحتاج إلى وضع مراجعة و تحديد مهارة صارم على بعض الأطباء وقدراتهم.
فقدان احد أفراد العائلة أو احد الاحبة صعب، ولكن فقدان أحدهم علماً أن الأطباء أو "طبيب" كان بامكانه ان يفعل أفضل، أبعد ما يكون أسوأ بكثير. كان بالإمكان دراسة ومراجعة حالة المريض بعناية أكبر . اليوم لقد فقدت أحد أفراد الأسرة و كان صديقا مقرَّبا بسبب خطأ طبي. وقد أدخل إلى مستشفى الخالدي بينما كان في وعيه. وقال الطبيب أن المريض يحتاج إلى إجراء زراعة شريان دماغي بسبب السكتة الدماغية. بعد الجراحة، وكان الطبيب اكتشفت انه استخدم شريان اصغر مما احتاجه المريض. التفكير في ذلك الامر يعطيني قشعريرة. سؤالي هو كنت تنوي القيام به شيء من هذا القبيل أيها الطبيب العظيم؟ تخيلوا ان ذهب احدنا للخياط لتفصيل بنطلون. أليس على الخياط القيام بكل ما يلزم من أخذ القياسات المطلوبه و غيره؟ ولكن في هذه الحاله صديقي لم يكن لديه الخيار، و الحقيقة هي ان حياة الانسان ليست ببنطلون. ومع ذلك، بعد أن أدرك واعترف الطبيب بخطئه، بوضع شريان غلط ذهب إلى البيت للاحتفال بعيد الميلاد، عاد الى بيته لقضاء بعض الوقت مع العائلة والأصدقاء وترك عائلات أخرى في الألم والمعاناة، ولم يعد إلى المستشفى حتى عرف ان مريضه مات دماغيا. نضع في اعتبارنا أن الغرفة المجاورة كان هناك أيضا مريض وافته النية، فلربما استخدم الطبيب هذه المرة "بربيش مي" بدلا من الشريان.
أيها الأطباء تذكروا ان مهنتكم هي الأهم، فهي مهنة رحمة و أمانة، ولكن معظمكم قد تجرد من ذلك. بسبب ثمولكم، و بسبب التليفونات و برامج التواصل الاجتماعي. اتحدى أي منكم ان يدخل لأي قسم في أي مستشفى و لا ترى طبيب أو ممرض أو ممرضه "بتصهون" أو "معصب" من الفيس بوك. اصحوا يا ناس اصحوا يا بشر. بكفي استهتار بالعمل بكفي استهتار بحياة البشر.
