This hospital fails on so many levels, try to charge you for the most trivial thing like water for the patient, accommodation for companion, parking and other amenities. And it never stops. For example even they charge us for a patient companion they never provided a bed and ask us for extra money for it. The administrative and maintenance staff have a severe attitude problem. We asked them to raise the temperature in the room and they send us a extra bed sheet. The noise levels in this so called "hospital" are similar to a building site, no sound proof doors or windows, you will hear the traffic, the people who are in the next room, the elevator rings and the alarms at the nursing desk. My patient used ear plugs to sleep.
The nurses are very kind and professional but because of staff shortage and high number of patients they are always late and by the end of the day they look really exhausted but still eager to help. In case you try call the resident doctor it will take like forever, and when she finally came she seemed to be more of a patient than a doctor, probably from the number of patients she had to deal with during her long shift. I really feel sorry for the doctors and the nursing staff who work in this catastrophic situation.response / report this review -

I came to the hospital at round 9.40 pm, to pick up my mom who was visiting my uncle's wife who had performed ceserian around midday. I brought some food so my family can eat since they couldn't before. They asked us to leave almost immediately, and the security was very rude when they were addressing us. They should hire new team instead of this rude person. Hospital should notify people an hour before, not 10 mins before. Seems like the security team lacks etiquette.

I had my surgery here , the nurses where sooooooo niceee and professional, they checked on me every 30 mins and less , the hospital is very clean and very organized as well as the food they serve is very clean and very nice ! Highly recommend !

Hospital is clean with a decent parking and wide range of services and staff generally is nice. However, these alone are not the recepies of a good hospital. Doctors don't follow up patients regularly and impose their opinion over what the patient feels. Nurses, though very nice, tend to attend late to patients. They take more than their fair share of time to attend and do so in a very slowly unjustified manner. I can hear many people complain in the corridors. My mother with 74 years suffered a lot during her stay, especially at night. If the staff fail to attend on time and effectively when they are needed, then why do they take up such a job?!
Is it possible the hospital is unaware of the complaints? Even her doctor complained about the manner she was treated and said it wasn't the first time! I can't recommend this hospital.response / report this review -

I spent a night there to make a surgery, I can easily rate this place as a five star hospital, the facility itself is fascinating and hygienic, the doctors and the nurses are very friendly, cooperative and caring, they respond very quickly, and your request is a priority for them, you really can't find such service quality anywhere these days but not at this place, it was extremely pleasant experience. Love it 👍

Worst life experience ever. just wasting your money and time to get a bad care from the time you enter till you see the doctor . I would not recommend this hospital to any one. guess what you will be seen by the owner's son , who is not a specialized doctor. BAD BAD BAD

Excellent boutique like hospital. Very organized and hygienic. Was especially impressed with the staff and nurses.
I have been to other private hospitals in the area where the emergency "Doctors" and nurses are mediocre at best and would rob you blind for a lousy buck. A reminder for them and other Doctors who took the Hippocratic oath "First do no harm"

عملت ليزك وقَعَدت 8سنوات نظري سته ع سته وبعدها ارتفع معاي الضغط وصار معاي ماء ابيض وعملت عنده عمليه الماء الأبيض للعينتين
والحمد لله كله تمام من تجربتي الخاصه انه ممتاز

لا انصح اي شخص لمراجعته الإنسان حقل تجارب و المستشفى يفتقر إلى الكفائة و الخبرة بس مناظر أسهل شي عنده يخرب و يهرب

الحيوان ابن الكلب الدكتور بلش بالعملية قبل ان يفحص ضغط العين الحجة عمرها فوق ٧٠ سنة وعندما اخرج العين ابتدأ النزيف فمزق كل الشرايين وغطأ العين وخرج الى المطار مسرعا لانه عنده مؤتمر خارج الاْردن . والله ابن حرام ما بيعمل عملته أنا عايش خارج الاْردن والحجة نسقت مع الدكتور ودفعت له المبلغ كاملا وإلا الأن لم يكمل اي شئ
