Just returned the car with a positive experience. Not being a major player in the industry(or at least I didn't know the company) I wasn't sure what to expect but it turned out to be a very good one. The staff came to pick up to take us to the office a few km away from the airport but the process was quite smooth and quick.
On our last day, the window wiper started malfunctioning a bit and while parked the car, another car made a visible mark(no dent but a black lines) which made us a bit stressed when doing the inspection upon return.
The same staff who helped us in the beginning didn't make a big fuss about it and said all is good.
The only thing I didn't like was to receive the car with almost empty tank which we were supposed to return the same level. I would ask them to fill up before giving to you.
In general, I would recommend for sure.response / report this review
