bad customer service and not caring about customer satisfaction, a guy on the cash who was supposed to serve me as a customer after I found an item with displaced base due to poor adhesion and refused to exchange it and his response was very rude saying that (your son might have broken this !! which was so silly of him . )I left the item for them even without taking the money ! I was surprised by his way of dealing with customers . do not recommend to deal with this store

The most convenient, since it's spacious and inside of Amman, buy they don't allow you to bring food or drinks even when they only served shisha and poorly made sandwiches.

المتوقع اكبر من الموجود ..
يجب توفير مساحة اكبر للحركة
الجيد ان جميع السلع مسعرة
والموظفين يجب توحيد ملابسهم
ويجب ان يتم ايجاد حل لمسألة صوت العربة على الارض
المحل جيد كبيع وكسلع .. ولكن بحاجة لحلول تصميمية ولايجاد حل لمسألة المواقف
