  Irresponsible management. A big chaos inside. Staff are rude and lack customer service.
  
  Simple adjusts to how they manage people to make it easier for everyone but no change as always

  As a jordanian living abroad, for over 30 years, nothing changed, you need واسطه and bribe to get things done, lazy underpayed employees who dont want to work, they still need another 20 years to catch up with the west.
