Loved it laid back relax they got you and everything and every little ting mon !!! This place has everything come on I will show you. Drinks, roomservice, your own Butler,& drinks, really nice pools & drinks and great food a Wonderful Spa staff, Jamaican Jerk Chicken and did I mention drinks laundry daily anything you want this a far above average place, not crowded and if you are here to just enjoy and relax and no worries this is the place for you.Great Food Great Drink and peace and quiet and on time service staff. Just ask and they make it happen. You are in Jamaica man relax and enjoy your time.When you get home you will miss them I promise you will !!!!

High quality service, and a wonderfully quiet place to stay, if that's what you want. No wet-T-shirt contests and screaming people around the pool, just relaxation. As other reviews note, the beach is small but they raked it nicely every day. Sailing wasn't worth it because of the small distance you could go inside the reef before the water got too shallow. But still a wonderful relaxing time.

Fantastic room, great staff. This is a small, well done resort. Perfect for hanging out, reading and chilling out in the evenings with a cocktail. Food is very good with a Jamaican flair. Barbara at the lobby bar is the bomb. Full service, all inclusive.

We had an amazing time here they really cater to you and make you feel special. My boyfriend and I both loved it. Truly all inclusive they don’t want you to lift a finger. Food was good, the room was awesome, the views were priceless and the staff was great. Only one thing I would say anything about was the dessert menu was not really good I wish there were more but that was nothing compared to everything else

VERY DISAPPOINTING, FIRST AND LAST TIME!
We planed to celebrate my husband birthday here, cause one of our best friends stayed in Secret and recommended this one. Zoetry suppose the high-in brand of this group , but turned out really disappointing.
We stayed there from 11/10/2017 to 11/15/2017, first day we arrived it took us almost 2 and half hour to check in cause the room not ready, but this was fine I told myself it’s vocation calm down. One morning I ordered reggae omelette which in menu marked vege, but I found big pieces of bacon in it.11/14/2017 is my husband’s birthday, butler helpt us arrange dinner, but when we got there table was not ready , and service really slow we ordered two glasses of sparkling wine but waiter forgot , I reminded him then he bring them. After dinner I went to Coco cafe to get some cake with candles for my husband, but there was no staff there , I thought they busy waited there about 10 minutes, and I found a group staff went to Coco cafe but still nobody came out, then I heard people sang happy birthday song and laugh. Celebrate staff birthday is fine but please do your job . This is really not professional. Last morning we were packing, housekeeper knocked the door, my husband opened it, the housekeeper just stood there staring, my husband asked “ how can I help you?” She said “ I thought you left!”, come on, the check out time is 12:00, that time is 10:45, and she just trying to kick us out!There were so many unpleasant things, Zoetry marked as 5 star hotel , but sorry the food the service just let it down. Fresh fruits just apples and pears, no fresh juice except watermelon, the choice of food really little we’ve been having jerk chicken every lunch. There some staff works really hard , like Marvin in Jercky Jo’s, Sunshine on beach. But over all, it couldn’t make a five star service. This is worst experience, we won’t try this group any more.response / report this review -

The worst experience from our travels. We travel a lot around the world and have been is most major tourist locations, but have never been faced with anything like this. On the first day we got food poisoning from the hotel's coyaba restaurant, which led to us having to stay in he room for 3 days with severe nausea, diarrhea and fever. We had to call an ambulance twice. The medical assistance and hospital care is under any imaginable standards. The ambulance workers couldn't even provide us with painkillers, and neither could the hotel. The doctor in the PRIVATE practice, spent on us as little as 5 minutes after a two hour wait. We had to pay $300 and another $300 for the ambulance and $100 for 3 tablets and 2 packets of probiotics. After 5 days of requesting a meeting with the general manager we finally managed to see him. In compensation he offered 2 massages and a dinner, even though the hotel works on an all inclusive system. The dinner was, undeniably, awful and the food was generally shocking and the only edible thing was grilled 'jerk' meat and vegetables. The 'fresh' fruit seem to have stayed out for a few weeks before being served and were mostly underripe. The juices were all concentrated, not regarding the fact Jamaica is a tropical country. In European standards the hotel deserved a maximum of 3 stars adding to this the constant heavy wind and the inability to swim in the too shallow, dirty sea. The prices at the SPA are ridiculous; $150 for a 50 minute massage! In the end, they were trying to trick us into paying for the transfer to the airport even though we've payed for it already and we're accusing us of stealing the 'butler' Nokia phone. We recommend strongly for you to avoid this place at all costs!!!
