  An inner-city community located off Windward Road. It has a resident population of approximately 3000. The community is sandwich between the Bellevue Hospital (mental facility) and the community of Doncaster. It has an adjoining wall with the community of Manley Meadows. Bowerbank derived it's name from the late Dr. Louis Bowerbank who spearheaded the petition that led to the establishment of the Bellevue Hospital. The community house a basic school namely Bowerbank Basic School as well as several small grocery shops, two barber shops and one hair solon. It also has serveral resident mechanics who operate from a makeshift structure.

  It's a small shantytown community not full develop but develop is on go i would tell stranger to avoid that community because they can have violent flare up at anything
