This is my second time traveling to Negril and definitely feel like I did it right. Last year when I went to Necro I stayed in one of the all-inclusive resorts, although it was nice it’s still felt as if I was missing a piece of Jamaica. Staying in Sur Mer Villa was truly an experience. My first experience started before the trip when Cassandra called me today’s before my reservation just to check in. She was warm and welcoming and just as excited about the trip as my friends and myself were. Upon arrival didn’t get a chance to meet Cassandra because Me and my party arrived a lot later from the initial time I told her. Although she wasn’t there the staff were just as warm and welcoming as Cassandra. The staff let me know that Cassandra was waiting for us to arrive but we are just missed her.I got to meet Cassandra the following day and just as I expected she was very sweet. Me and my party gotthree cottages and we were beyond pleased with all three of them. These hours are probably the best properties in Negril. The beds are cozy their rooms have air conditioning each room has its own kitchen and a living room. this villa can accommodate a party of small as one all the way up to 12. I highly recommend Sur Mer Villa.

If you don’t love this Hotel your mad about something else in your life. This place is indescribable the scenery Negril is beautlfil the Staff go above and beyond for you. The rooms are beautiful and the entire property is a like Paradise. They have so many places to eat buy groceries and the locals are amazing Good vibes. Everything you need is here or a staff memeber will go get it for you. 5⭐️ Hotel 5⭐️ Country 5⭐️People I will be back again I recommend this to anyone. Exclusive Hotel great for couples good for the soul.

Amazing place, a potential 5 star.
Shame that nothing seems to work from the air conditioning drips water into the room, the some electrical plugs work whilst others don't, no water and no notification to the guests, the list is quite long. They have done a great job rebuilding the resort but they need a full time fix it man and fix all the old / broken / worn out stuff. Breathtaking views of the Negril Cliffs and the sea. What a fantastic backdrop for destination weddings Villas Sur Mer is. Rick's Cafe is also close by. A boutique resort with class, a great place for a vacation, wedding, honeymoon and family reunion and close to plenty of great places to see and things to do.

The villa is beautiful and the scenery is simply breathtaking. The one bedroom villa was not as clean as i had hope, the WiFi works great but the Jacuzzi never worked. The manager Cassandra provides great hospitality. She and the hotel staff are very helpful and will guide you with great recommendations throughout your stay.

Nice place to visit. The rustic feeling of the place is very different, the naturalistic ambiance is very calm and quiet. Customer service is also very good. The underground walk way (cave) is a nice touch as well. Definitely worth the visit

My Wife and I were traveling from Montego Bay to Mandeville to visit family. It was late at night and we wanted to stop in Negril because we were not accustom to driving on Jamaican roads at night. We book Villas Sur Mer through Expedia for the night - However when we showed up they told us that they were completely booked up. They expressed sincere apologies and recommended a couple other villas for us to try. Once we got back to the state we found out that Expedia had charged us for the reservation even though it wasn't available for us. Trying to get a refund through Expedia was less than pleasant - so we decided to contact Villas Sur Mer. They were again very apologetic and contacted Expedia right away. Within 15 minutes Expedia refund the charges. We gave them a 5 Star because they have gone above and beyond to make sure that the charges was refunded. They were very courteous and understanding. On top of that they offered us their best rate if we book directly with them in the future. Although we didn't get to experience the Villas we are absolutely happy with how they they treated us and we highly recommend them.
