The administrative office people at the front must be more informed how to deal with people. Learn to give people accurate information, and where to bring document. People dont have time to waste. Staying hole day at the hospital. That is crazy. They Dont no what they are doing. Give people wrong information. The system is rotten and disgusting.

As far as service goes, it is very displeasing and a little mind boggling that the people who agreed to take care of you have such poor customer service and very little compassion towards their patients. Seriously I try to stay active and eat as clean as I can and of course, pray and hope that I don't have the misfortune of having any condition that requires me to visit the hospital.let alone public hospital. Seriously, the workers terrify me with how casual they go about their jobs, the wait time etc. People claim that's how it always is.but come on guys, please try a little harder we need you. For the good workers, my apologies, I am not grouping everyone..you guys do a good job. Thank you.

The worst experience i ever had 3 nurses were aweful at the maternity ward nasty attitude doctors were ok treatment with the relative and patients really bad no mercy whatso ever the worst hospital for me.

Been sitting and waiting to do xray since 9:40am and at 1:39pm I'm still waiting. When asked what's happening no one can answer. This is so frustrating and to make matters worst we have to be dealing with traineeswhere are the professionals to assist the traineesomg

I hate this place had a broken leg these ppl had me at the hospital for 6+ hours without any pain medication or any doctor coming to see me ridiculous and I've already paid my money!!! The even splinted my leg the wrong way which caused me more pain then when I was about to be transfered they dangled morphine in my face saying if I choose to leave I can't get it and the other hospital I'm going is incompetent. Big up to may pen hospital every time had my leg looked after with in 30mins of me getting there f**k uwi this is my second worst experience with y'all assholes
