  I was supposed to pick up a car from Budget but after 2 hours wait they sent me up to Ucal. Usual Jamaican form for scratch recording all of the flaws and little marks on the car. If they miss a scratch when you return the car you will have to pay. Car was mechanically okay the air condition was so so the stereo was useless. Take extensive pictures of the car before you leave or you will pay.

  DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I recently rented a car from this company, the car was OLD with 69K miles, the tank was empty, the rims were damaged, and the tires had no threads. I had 2 tires blew out while driving with my family, and instead sympathizing with my experience, the RUDE agent attempted to charge me for a new tire. Save yourself the headache, rent from a reputable company at the airport.

  The service was fast and professional. The location is close to the airport and they offer a shuttle bus. The car itself (Yaris) could be in a bit better condition, but generally we were happy with the rental.
