The level of customer service does not compare to a Firestone, but the guys get the job done. I have used the same location twice: the first time for tyre rotation/alignment and the second time to change my tyres. They however, need to work on professionalism on the outside. While backing out of the bay the mechanic who serviced my vehicle got into a loud and bitter altercation - expletives and all, with some random guy from off the street.

The portmore branch has more parking space than crossroads, but it is still limited.
Decent selection of tyres and rims, but far from comprehensive.
Alignment and balancing done but no repairs.
The technicians do not communicate well. Instructions are vague and there is a lack of organisation re: vehicle placement and lining up in a queue.response / report this review -

Told us we were next then had someone else go in front of us. Came in for alignment but Wasnt going to tell me that my front wheels we still misaligned but couldn't go any further. Was just going to let it go until I saw it on the computer.

Service was good, got through quickly. The one female was cranky at the front desk tho which made me turn off from going around there but foody made me stay as he was welcoming. Big up foody

Putting tyres on went quickly and smoothly. However after waiting an hour of alignment, I asked how many cars were ahead of me. Only to realize workmen kept putting others ahead. After 2.5 hours of waiting, I requested a refund!

I have been buying tyres from tyre warehouse for a while from the branches on Hagley Park Road ,Spanish Town Road and Eastwood Park Road. When you find a supplier who's willing to find a way to get you what you want you know your in good hands. Their not all about the quoted price

Ample parking clean spacious air conditioned office. Good quality products at reasonable prices. Very good engine oil called Galaxy and for the price their Dawoo battery is a good deal.

The service was poor. Paid for my tyre and went to the bay and ask for assistance and they ignored me. Even took persons behind me doing the same thing as I was there to do. No queuing system so don't waste your time at their Portmore location.

They need training on professionalism but probably the best price on tyres. They are very friendly but the process of buying new tyres here seems to lack proper order. It os almost like you need to be in the k ow to navigate their system.
