I visited this location during lunch hours and it was lined off with cars however to my surprise, great and efficient customer service and an overall great experience.

The attendant was quick to look at my car's battery and show that the issue was, based on the scan he took. He listened to the issues I was experiencing and how the car operated and recommended a battery. Whether it is the right type, or not, I'll find out shortly. Customer service could have been better still.

Quick, friendly efficient service by the technician, whom stepped up to the vehicle as soon as I drove into the customer bay. Ensured to explain each check as it was conducted and what results meant. Processed my warranty claim for replacement with no undue issues. Would recommend this branch without any form of hesitation.

Extremely small parking area and dirty. However they have all the necessary equipment to evaluate and change batteries. Staff are reasonably professional and courtious.

Bought 5 gals of DEIONIZED water and was extremely disappointed about the quality (especially at the price point). Conductivity readings were extremely high, indicating that this is NOT deionized water.
