The wait here takes forever !!!! I'm not at a hospital I'm paying n I sat 3 hours to see the doctor n I only came n saw one couple before me. That's terrible!!! Now I'm not even sure I want to use this place

I have been attending this facility for over 3 years with my daughter I do everything at this facility regarding her health including her school medical.But believe I have the nurses that they have there customer service is very poor especially a slim dark looking one I have to ask her specifically what she is doing she doesn't communicate with me regarding what she is doing regarding my daughter's weight I have to ask her and as the time goes by I notice she has a attitude. I don't like changes but trust me if I have a next doctor office which would be convenient for me I would not attend this facility customer service is poor.A nurse is suppose to communicate with her patients and inform them of what they are doing are what they are about to do not even a good morning and introduction of herself i come to this facility like 3 to 4 times for the year and I don't know the name of the nurse just to show u !!!!!

Poor customer service. Doctor prescribed some drugs that didn't even work. I had to go to another doctor.

A few things. They aren't 24 hours anymore so that needs to be updated. I used my health card here and it was still expensive. The doctor just looked at me and wrote a prescription. That's it. To make matter worse I could not be said prescription because it was over $6000 and here is the kicker. The doctor wasn't in my health card provider's database so it couldn't cover the cost. I just allowed time to pass and recover. Moral of the story? I wasted my time and money going here.
