I don't normally leave reviews but I just have to leave one. I literally got help over the phone without spending a dime.The person who I spoke with is knowledgeable. Good customer service. I now have a favorite computer store. I will only use them now and I will definitely recommend them.They will get my support.

As indicated the store is located in Clock Tower Plaza, an area I do not usually shop as it is infamous for parking. Due to the positive reviews from customers I decided to check them out. Drove around several times before finally landing parking. Customer service was good and answers the attendant at the front could not provide she referred to Dave around the back. A request to increased memory for a laptop being purchased was accommodated; at a price of course. I visited on a Saturday and was advised that technicians do not work on weekends so had to leave the laptop for the request to be completed.a bit odd but complied. As an appeaser, they offered to drop off at my office upon completion. That worked. The technicians being out on the weekend and the lack of parking were the 2 down points.still gave them 4 stars. I will provide an update on the performance of the lap top.

I always visit Tred Labs whenever I have any issues at all. I was recommended almost 5 years ago and each time I've always been impressed and the service has never faltered. As I write this, my CPU is being diagnosed to see what the possible issues are. Looking forward to their continued great work

My favorite internet café in town. I used to go somewhere else for my paper prints, scans and the likes but the other place have bad customer service and it takes them forever to get your work done. I was glad when I found tred lab customer service is great and things where done in no time, they really don't waste your time. I got to fix my mac and ever since then its been working perfectly with no problem at all and the tech guy installed some cool apps for me he also advised me on what to do so I don't have any issues with the computer. I recommend anyone living in Kingston to pay them a visit if you need internet service or computer wise. Oh and they also sell a few computers, storage space like pen drive, ink for printers and so many things. They are also honest. OK am done lol
