Limited amount of vehicles in terms of the types. The building is run down and the place is not attractive. Still love Toyota vehicles tho.

They are really professional. Comfortable air condiitioned waiting area with cable tv. Full service canteen and free Nescafe. More pricey than the average mechanic but hey you gotta pay for quality

It's always good the accommodation is welcoming and comfortable ,customer service is out of the world. I have nothing bad to say about Toyota Jamaica Ltd. Just nuff, nuff big up!!!

I find the technical team at its body shop to be average. I have had Toyota Jamaica worked on my car twice and was not impressed with the quality of the work on both occasions

Ok for the only Toyota dealership on island.. features on vehicles are poor compared to world standards and offerings. Been to other Toyota dealerships in different countries and I think this dealership is ripping off the Jamaican public for the amount of units they move. There is often little or no room for price negotiation. Toyota needs to look into this as they are a world leading brand
