To create an economic paradigm based on the teachings of His Imperial Majesty Haile Selassie 1, increasing and diffusing knowledge to create a lasting solution to poverty, hunger and injustice
A group of world centric professionals who main aim is to provide sustainable development programmes for those who the societies of the world provides little or no hope of upward mobility.
The scope of our work is endless as voices crying for solutions to the everyday economic, technological, technical social and mental problems.
Our group covers the areas of:
1. Finance, Economics and Banking
2. Planned Environment Engineering
3. Social Engineering
4. Technology
Any other area of expertise which may be required will be acquired externally.
The group includes:
Courtney Haughton – Financial expert for over forty years having worked in most major financial institutions in Jamaica. He has been trained in the following areas:
• Real Estate
• Project Management with a focus on Agriculture
• Marketing
• Banking
He is the author of the main study of Agro-processing in Jamaica which is currently being used by the USAID.
He was educated at College of Arts, Science and Technology (CAST), University of Technology (UTECH) and the University of the West Indies (UWI)
Garfield Haughton – Planned Environment Engineer for a period in excess of twenty years and teacher from 1979. He has been formally trained in the following areas:
• Mechanical Technology, Metal Machines and Metal Forming
• Water Supply Engineering
• Sewage Engineering
• Environmental Protection
• Engineering Economics
• Project Conceptualization
Garfield has worked in the field of Environmental Engineering, both in the area of Academia and in physical development, providing consultancy services for all major housing developer and most Government Ministries.
He was educated at CAST and the Kazakhstan State Academy of Architecture
Damien Mitchell – Technologist and IT Specialist.
He graduated from UTECH in 2012 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science and Management Studies. He is a Certified Technical Support Representative and a PC Mechanic
Damien provides the technical needs of the group and his great interpersonal skills and very analytical mind enhances the mechanics of the group.
He was educated at the Knox Community College and UTECH
Nicoda Haughton – Social Scientist
With training in Psychology (PhD) and Communication (PhD), Nicoda is one of the leading researchers in the area of organic based medicine, having more than eight (8) years’ experience in the field.
She was educated at the following institutions:
• University of the West Indies
o Mona Campus
o St. Augustine Campus
• The University of Technology
• Penn Foster College
Having worked with various Government Ministries, She has also experience in the Hotel Industry and has provided consultancy services for numerous mental wards within the Jamaican Health Care System
Each member of the Group had as individuals completed major projects within their field. Has a group we have concluded the planning stages of two major sustainable development programmes:
1. Redevelopment of the Akrokum Village in Ghana. This is an attempt to revitalise what use to be a major trading center along a major path of commerce. This is slated as a pilot project with the aim of reproduction across all countries of the world. The programme has been submitted to major funding agencies for consideration.
2. Community Contact Centres Development. A sustainable programme of providing smart housing development with the ability of units to generate income and pay for themselves, providing jobs and a continuous income stream. This programme is now under serious scrutiny in the International Market.
