A fairly new hotel so it's contemporary and stylishly appointed. It's excellent for business travelers. The front desk staff has been courteous and helpful but the front restaurant staff could use some help to allow them to be more efficient. The room is clean and spacious enough to allow for relaxation. There are other amenities available like a spa and pool and a gym I believe, but I haven't had the time to check them out to comment.
After a stressful week staying with family :-) this one night stay was such an enormous relief in preparation for next day flight. The staff at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming that they immediately diffuse all the stress I was feeling. The room was very clean and spacious and I had a great view of the pool and Emancipation Park.
I debated booking the Pegasus instead but I am very glad that I chose the Marriott. The price per night is admittedly is very expensive but โyou get what you pay forโ and in JA price can make a huge difference.
I wish I had booked two nights and spent more time here so I can utilize the work out room especially after pounding down the sweat potato pudding.
Hotel is new and nice but the rooms are already falling back on maintenance and they are starting to show signs of wear and tear.
The service at the bar and restaurant is non existent. Servers just ignore your ans leave you waiting a quick dinner is a one and a half hour experience.
The location excellent...its kinda expensive but the ambience and service was amazing . The rooms were clean and perfect. The staff friendly and courteous, especially Cheyenne she was awesome. I will definitely stay again.
One of the best stays I've had anywhere in the world. Great staff. Great food. Excellent service. Can't wait to return with family.
Pleasant surprise at the end of a multi venue trip to J
The staff here are fabulous, the location is perfect, the rooms are clean and well presented.
The head man at breakfast was superb and helped us out with a high chair and provided a straw and cup
Recommended for sure
Great location! Right next to emancipation park. New looking, clean rooms. Great pool area and bar. Restaurant has a good food selection. Friendly staff!
Very beautiful! I went there in the evening and the scenery was magnificent. Right across from emancipation park with a clean air to breeze and relax
Absolutely Awesome! Great location. Made me feel safe and welcome.
If you go ask for Damion. He was the host at the restaurant. Superb service and amazing host.
Attended a seminar at the hotel The conference Rooms are clean and well kept Lunch was awesome well balance and very healthy
Greet location for meeting. Quiet. Food is delish! Thanks Chef Gabbidon๐๐
Nice ambiance and the bar has a nice selection. Great for business meetings. They also have facilities there to accommodate small conferences or business presentations. The bar is not for those looking for a cheap drink.
Great staff, friendly and professional. Excellent service, food and drinks. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Context matters. The Courtyard is by far the best place to stay for Americans visiting Kingston for business or pleasure. Clean, modern, well-appointed. Fabulous staff. The pool is small but very nice.
Amazingly, the restaurant, The Centro, is absolutely superb. The chef, Kadian, really knows what she is doing. Don't miss her high-proof curry goat.
Nice clean and spacious ambiance, courteous and friendly staff, reasonable rates and great food.๐๐
Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Good service and quality meals.
Warm friendly professional staff. Very clean. Food excellent except for the pastry which I found a bit dry and tough. Overall a place I would love to go more often.
Very nice place. Your typical Courtyard Marriot but they charge you for getting a cup of coffee in the morning so that was a little surprising. They had security outside which was really good and the staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful.
Centrally located in the heart of Kingston near historical attractions and culinary delights.
Breakfast with variety, hot buffet and excellent selection for the continental option. Modern rooms, tasteful decor, full service gym....I could literally go on to infinity...
The hotel is nice and the staff is nice but they kinda screw you on the drinks at the pool bar....you don't get a full shots when you order Crown & 7 ... and for the price of the drinks and the room ($1785.00 for a week)that you pay for does not add up for what you get ..I don't know if I will book the same place when I come back .... I may have to try a different place...for someone like me and my friends having a good drink after work is important....since you are not staying in a travel resort and you are in the area that you can't leave out the gate by your self.....O 1 more thing you can't order food that is on the room service or pool bar menu in the restaurant down...even thro it is the same cook (Cooking all of it)
Best place to stay in Kingston. Comfortable rooms, easy access to business and close to the airport. Staff is friendly, genuine, and very helpful. Food is great also and the place is designed to meet the needs of today's business traveler
Great modern hotel, safe and guarded property with plenty of parking.
Modern clean rooms with decent TV channel selection.
Park next door. Great fitness center with all you need.
Pool closes at 6pm which is too early for me.
Breakfast with two pricing options for continental or hot buffet.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
If I have to come back to Kingston that's where I'd stay again.
Very cozy setting and cool lounge. Dining was amazing! Food was on point! I give it a 4 because I didn't experience everywhere... Only the dining, conference and lounge areas... Now if this is 4 can't wait to see the rest... ๐
It's a nice spot. Service was good. Food was good. Building's a bit too cold though ๐ carry a jacket
At the time of review the parts of the hotel were still being completed, but I'd go back nonetheless.
