I'd like to thank all the hotel staff personally for making my wedding anniversary holiday very special, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and couldn't do enough to help. We will be back to enjoy this wonderful place soon.

Such a special hotel set on Negril's West End. Perfect getaway for you and your significant other but it's also a super cool hotel to go to with a group of friends!

We just spent 5 days at this hotel last week in Jan and I have to say it was amazing! The staff are ALL so accomodating and friendly, the food @zest is probably some of the best cuisine on the island, the tranquility at this resort is unmatched and we even had two toddlers running around but that didn't seem to bother anyone since it was very private with so many places to relax by the ocean or pool. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation among the beautiful cliffs of Negril. Can't wait to go back!!!

The hotel was beautiful, staff were friendly and welcoming. The food in the Zest restaurant was exceptional, the staff were knowledgeable and the chef who took the time to speak with us was very friendly.

A couple from Connecticut told us this is the best hotel in the island. I haven't been everywhere but I'm pretty sure can't disagree.

Beautiful well appointed boutique hotel! The views of the landscape, the cliffs, and the sea are wonderful. The Cliff Hotel displays an understated elegance - simple yet very impactful presence of luxury. I absolutely adore the integration of local art and textures of locally sourced items from nature to light the space. The owners have captured by way of still photography the essence of locals in the immediate area. The rooms are spacious and appointed with necessaries to make your stay comfortable. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. I personally love the seclusion of the West End. A drive is necessary if you desire to visit other areas of Negril.
I also like their use of the cliff. Spacious seating for couples that are strategically placed to give privacy as you enjoy relaxing near the sea. I enjoyed the Zest Restaurant and the spa services. I'm excited about my next visit. For those looking for peace and total relaxation, this hotel is highly recommended.response / report this review -

Nicest resort we saw in Negril. We just grabbed drinks there, the atmosphere was out of this world. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One to the best parts of our trip.

Absolutely stunning hotel with great views and friendly staff. Rooms were very clean, the whole hotel seemed to be very recent with the renovations. I can't get over the amazing landscape and lounging areas. Great food at the restaurant, no need to leave the hotel. Clean, up kept swimming pools and awesome cliff side diving area. They also have a natural pool with a view. If your looking to get away, somewhere peaceful and serine without the annoying loud crowds, this is the place. Worth every star and more! I definitely will be returning here every time I am in Jamaica. And to the staff, thank you for being so kind, gracious, and attentive. You Guys amazing!
