The quality of food has fallen significantly since they first opened. There was either a change in chef or the quality of ingredients but several of their menu items just taste cheap and full of grease. The space has lost most of its appeal and some serious rebranding needs to take place. I most recently took my mother there for her birthday and we barely ate any of what we ordered.

Alright this one is a litte tricky, If you have hypertension stay away from this place, everyone else can give it a try, it's well cooked food and tastes very delicious, the issue for me personally is that they might have used corn starch to make their gravy and that's a no no for me, but great atmosphere and fast service

Got takeout. Waiting time for the food was relatively short. The restaurant looked cleaned and the decor was decent. Food itself was average though.

A Chinese cuisine restaurant with both dine-in and take out services. There is usually a wait there and cash and credit cards are taken.
The place is trendy and attract a trendy crowd. If you're home from work and dread cooking afterwards, the go to this restaurant and have your dinner, or stop on the way home and get something here.
For the plaza this is in, there's a public restroom. Also, you can hang out in the big lobby with friends and eat.response / report this review -

Sweet and Sour chicken is usually my only selection at Asian restaurants but Tai Xing elevates that experience that much more, making me feel as though it's my first time indulging every time that I do. Couple that with the option of having your meat served with noodles, makes the perfect box lunch!

Service was ok. Food tasted ok, that picnic lemonade shouldnt be made again. I came here before and it was a way better experience. I will just sum it up to them having an off day. Importantly, if you have a great waitor and you want to tip them do it by cash. The restaurant takes 75% of the tip if you pay by card

Nice upscale Chinese restaurant. Has variety. Price is okay. Balcony dining is available, and so is dining in (Booths, round table and 1-4 seaters) and take out. Minimum for swipe card usage is J$600.

This is perhaps the best Chinese Resraurant in Portmore. Yiu have both dine-in and take out options. The price is good and the service here is also good. Try the Chicken and Sweet Corn Soup and BBQ Pork.

Hosted a surprise birthday party for my Dad here. It turned out pretty well, the staff were very helpful and assisted greatly in organising the event. Big up to Warner, Tyrone and the team.
The food was well prepared and parking for the guests was easily accommodated given the venue.

The ambiance was great. Warm reception. Take out food (chicken in lemon sauce, roast chicken, are usually my picks) is usually nice. The only time I decided to dine in with friends and family, and tried something new (pork something with so-called yam something) .aweful. That was actually my last time there. But, I do plan to go back. Maybe they were having a bad night based on the crowd.
