  Unprofessional. Totally ruined our plans for the weekend
  I booked a car for Saturday morning at 8am from the Thursday before. The operator said that my reservation was confirmed and she would call me at 7:30 to let me know the details of the driver who will be dropping off the car. Saturday morning I have been calling the company since 7:30 and it rang without answer. I called them up to 10:00 am and no answer. They sent me a text message apologizing and stating that the phone was in airplane mode blaa blaa blaa. We really needed the car and our plans were ruined. We wanted to support a local rental company and their location was very convenient. Thank God Island Car Rentals a very professional and customer focused company was able to provide a car within an hour. We didn't make it to Negril though.

  Five Star service! Prompt pickup from the airport, the car was clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!! 👍🏼. Thank you for making this experience as easy as it was.

  Omg. Beware. Very unprofessional and worst comstumer service I ever experienced.
  I would rather go by feet or get a private driver due this business is total fraud, not talking about email he sent me, cursing me from asking a simple and normal questions.
  
  •Asked for a car and he ask me which one you want? How can I know which one I want if I don’t see any on his web site.
  
  • There is not even online payment or license about the business, not even signs of the business, just fake.
  
  • All reviews are fake and made up based on my personal experience. You can also see his own review leaking his fraud business from the email he sent “Jamaica Crime”
  
  Here is a picture above of the ruddest answer to me from asking polite questions and chekcing if all is legit, he got very mad once busted. How can you talk this way to a future costumer??? Thats only can happen from not honest and fraudfull business like this.

  Omg!! I have to say Thanks to T&D car rental and tour company, because of them I have no problem reaching my destinations and a safe and secure tour. Whenever I'm coming back to Jamaica that is the number1 car rental place for me!!!

  Can't complain. my vacation in Jamaica was on experience to talk about, I traveled all around Jamaica it's a very beautiful place.i will be back next year and I will definitely use T&D CAR RENTAL as my transportation. #onelove
