I've almost always had a good experience. The stock in the onsite store is more varied than at the outlets, but sometimes they run out of some of the smaller sizes and in the more popular colors. I've gotten them to do embroidery on clothing items many times and they always do a good job. It takes a few days though.

Fully stocked throughout and very large floor space. Was surprised to see items priced in US dollars instead of the legal tender ( Jamaican dollar ). Was not impressed with the quality of the finishes on the garments.

It sell every clothing that they make with the logo Jamaica plus they do special order for customers, the lot is big and clean and the staff or fun to deal with from the gate staff to the people into the store
