It's a decently sized restaurant and the food, both patties and cooked food taste delicious. Great place to go to get some nicely priced lunch.

Poor customer service at the serving station on my first visit.

Staff attitude and the use of signs shows there is improvement in the service you will experience.

However, yesterday a lady still had to wait 1/2 hour for patties previously ordered ( it appears that she had paid and was told to come back and when she returned at the prescribed time, she still had to wait .. for 1/2 hr!)

Keep on improving Sugar & Spice (B'can) and see if you can fix this!

very inconsistent. workers have 0 initiative and supervisor had 0 interpersonal skills and customer service skills. take your food as it is or get a refund is the policy at that location. pastry is always good.

Best patty!! Lunch on the run and the best cake! If you grew up in Jamaica the ultimate Birthday cake was from sugar and spice! And to this day best birthday cake to still have for every birthday.

Supervisor is feisty and very rude. Workers just chat and takes long to serve customers. The place is almost always filthy especially the restrooms😷no tissue no paper towels. But the pastries and food is good.

Bakers of simple pastries and suppliers of the authentic Jamaican TASTEE patties, it's a wonderful snack or lunch spot.

However, what the Jamaicans love are their cakes. Nothing fancy but plain and chocolate cakes with icing. For bulk cakes, it's hard to beat that moist rich flavour.

Poor parking design and layout, be prepared for delays. They have adjusted the lines in side to accommodate one queue for all meals. The servers will now call your number and you will have to wait patiently for your order to be packaged.

I frequent this place a lot. Their cooked food is good and patties awesome. Their service is very slow so you have to be patient with them. They are pretty inefficient. They somehow do not wish to take advice to become more efficient but the food is good.

I ordered a massive cake for my mom's birthday and it was fresh and tasty and decorated well.

Got patties as well and those were delicious as usual.

Their pastries are good as always.

The fried chicken needs some help. Dried out in the warmer. I asked my server if she thought what she brought me was worth what I paid. She tried to rectify but what was available couldn't fix the problem. I hope she was able to make a report to management so that a reasonable business solution can be effected.

It's early days yet for this location but they tend to run out of food too early in the evenings. Sometimes 2 hours before. Space is however ample and all the regulars are on the menu.
