  Stier's only serves jerked chicken. There is nothing else like pork ok or rabbit served. It is primarily a takeout and delivery in May Pen although the shop has a few bar stools and a single table. There is also no proper parking and you will have to park somewhere else and walk the rest of the way.
  
  The food is good in my opinion and if you don't like your chicken dry, this is the place to come. The chicken is prepared with a special all natural jerk seasoning with no powder seasons. The chicken is then marinated over night before being placed on pimento wood over a jerk pit for it to slowly cook for sometime. The seasoning is typically on the spicier side although you can add more pepper if you want. You can also buy hard dough bread with the chicken.

  Best Jamaican Jerk Chicken. Well seasoned and marinated jerked over pimento wood for best flavour.
