Very cozy and comfortable environment, the beverages are amazing, if you aren't a coffee person they cater to you as well. I must add that there is a stunning view of the beach
Great customer service. Good for quick stops rather than sitting in as there aren't much seating areas, and parking is very limited at certain times. Coffee and pastries were nice as well. Nice view of the beach.
great staff, great atmosphere. just wish there was parking. also you need to start bringing Madeline's, my daughter loves those.
Starbucks Jamaica is a wonderful location to have your morning coffee and breakfast. It’s normally quite empty in the mornings around 6:30 -7:30, so it’s good spot to get work to get done, have a meeting or just to enjoy the alone time. They have a wide array of brews and having blue mountain coffee as their base has just made this location my personal favorite. It is beautiful and reflects the Jamaican culture with amazing artworks and designs. The employees are really friendly with world class customer service who aimed to keep my wait time under 5 minutes. The location is a bit small and if it should get crowded the outdoor section is only accessible from the doctors cave beach. You’d have to pay about $6 to enter the beach just to use the patio , which I’ll never do if I’m not going to use the beach. The prices are not bad but it’s not the cheapest coffee shop. It would normally cost you about $5-$6 for a grande cup coffee and about $6-$7 for a sandwich (give or take). Remember you don’t just pay for the coffee and the food but also ambiance of the shop. It’s really a nice relaxing spot, not for everyday use though, if your are an average person but it’s great when you want to treat yourself to a good cup of coffee. lol
Got to "cafe & mocha" instead.
This was the worst latte I ever had. I got it to go and started drinking it. Strange taste. Finally I couldn't do it anymore and went back since I thought the milk was bad. I asked to taste the milk separately and realized that they use packaged milk which has a horrible taste. I asked to exchange my large against a small latte thinking that it would be better. The coffee was so weak, I hardly tasted any espresso in there besides the strong horrible milk taste. Never had a Starbucks that was so off.
Went to cafe and mocha down the road the next day. Wow. What a difference. You can taste the espresso and they use fresh milk. Also great breakfast
Amazing service, perfect ambiance and the coffee was super! Keep it up Starbucks Jamaica
Great Service, Great Baristas, Gorgeous Mural It's great to finally have Starbucks on Jamaican soil!
I have been waiting for this Starbucks to open, and everyday we would be driving by and looking to see if it was open. I just flew in from Florida and saw that they opened. The next morning I went there for a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino. It was great, and blended well. It would be nice though if they added the Holiday Menu to this location. Overall, 5 Stars!
Even though I visited on the first day, the service was great. I expected there to be a long wait or teething issues but there were none. Coffee was great, gorgeous view & the staff were super friendly. Keep up the great work!
