South Stars Sound, formerly Adcom Force, was first started by my dad, way back in the 70s. Back then, it was called Home Town Disco. Was based in Kingston at the time and then moved to South Manchester. Here, the sound underwent some upgrades and name was changed to Adcom Force, coming from the name of the amp that was used to play the bass at the time, the Adcom GFA-555.

Back then, the sound was bigger than it is now. Dad got more busy over the years running his business and had less time for it. I loved it, so he turned it over to me while I was still in high school. Made some downgrades and upgrades, but now I'm ready to take the sound back to and beyond what it was.

The team consists of four members, Denvil aka Fyah, Marlon aka Weedseed or Pinko, Christopher aka Buju and Kirk. Nuh get nuh nickname for Kirk yet, but soon, lol.

We're a small sound, but we all have a big love for music and the effect it has on us and the people. What we strive for is to Take Music To a Higher Level of Greatness.
