  At Shawn's, you are greeted by security personnel who help you with parking. The customer service personnel are polite, pleasant and helpful. The service is fast and efficient. They always come through with the needed products and their prices are competitive. They are my current favorite auto parts place.

  Here you can get just about any car parts here new in most cases the are not the original but it works, some of the staff here are not very well trained in how to deal with customers as is most businesses in Jamaica

  This is where i always go for my Nissan parts. Only once in my years going there they gave me the wrong part and that was quickly fixed. Other from that, knowledgeable staff, quick service and now they have parking assistance so yea no problems for me

  Shawn' s is quite new to the business. I think they only gave the Waltham Park Road location. I know they stock non genuine parts...not sure if they have genuine. They have a superb location down the road from Bert's Auto. The store stocks some simple parts which the other well known shops didn't have.

  A wide range of auto parts and accessories at very compatible prices. Fast delivery time. Batteries bought with warranty and battery checks done on prearranged dates. Convenient parking. Easy to access. Friendly sales persons and always ready to offer a discount.

  Shawns Auto is an excellent place to shop. The staff are very courteous and polite. Most of them seems to be knowledgeable about their work. And the service wow, you get through pretty quickly. From the sales clerk, the cashier to the pick window they are relatively fast. Not to mention the prices. The prices are extremely reasonable. When I'm shopping for auto parts, Shawns Auto is usually my first place of choice. And they have a wide variety of parts to choose from, genuine and non genuine. You know what marvel me the most? Is to see where they are coming from. From one little container to being a little giant in the business. Wow!

  The selection here could be wider but for the selection available I doubt you can get the quality and price matched anywhere else that sells legal car parts. The service is quick and efficient. Want a part that they don't have? Have a little time you can spare? Don't hesitate to ask Shawn and he'll be more than happy to order it for you.

  Want to get reasonable price for your motor vehicle come to Shawn's. Good customer service, polite staff and a wonderful shopping experience. I've used it several times and I'm satisfied. Don't just take my word for it go check it out yourself.
