  Great! We called before going since it was almost closing time and Donna, who answered was accommodating enough to wait on us. Ricardo was very knowledgeable and another light skin lady (don't remember name) was helpful. Only thing is we have to wait another 3 days to have the bed delivered

  Great options for well manufactured mattresses at average price.
  Customer service experience was great. Both on the phone and in person, the representatives were very pleasant to speak with. The lady in the showroom was very helpful and informative with the options available.
  The ambiance of the reception area was very lovely.
