This Bank has friendly staff with Excellent Customer service skills, However it would seem has if it had blend in with the culture of Old Harbour. In other words a Major FACE LIFT is needed. the exterior of the building does not make you feel welcome and willing to bank your money

Customer service is ok, but this branch needs to relocate and expand. No parking and right at a busy intersection. Old Harbour town is expanding. This branch needs to also.

Almost everyday the ATMs at this place goes out of service. Very frustrating!
