-To kill time, check to ensure your bag is properly packed for both mum and baby ... -Ensure your partner or family members are always on standby -Keep active, don't just sit around waiting, you will drive yourself insane -Keep yourself informed by reading information on signs of contraction, labour etc -Get Sleep, it may be hard in the last days but you will need it for the task ahead
