Its a fairly good restaurant. Large variety with great consistency in the foods quality and quantity. Its good because of the ability to eat now and have for later. Over all, it's a good place to eat. Be mindful that some contents may or may not contain eggs, shellfish and nuts.

Absolutely love their food! One you get the quantity for your money and the price isn't unreasonable. I generally order the sweet and sour chicken but my sister loves the garlic shrimp and we are always pleased with the taste.

The food it nice. I like the seating arrangement - it's spacious. However I wish they would have more janitors, sometimes the tables are a mess. And the beverage selection is limited to soda or water, I wish they offered more. But the food is really good, so it might be worth a visit. Hence the 4 stars

they talk and laugh over the food. they are slow and apparently share the food however they　'feel'. The only saving grace is that the food is delicious.

NO FORM OF CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!
I heard about this place from a friend and went there on 28/10/2017 with a friend to have a meal. the line was long and the service was slow as there was only one server. Anyway i was called a fool and ignorant idiot by both the sever and the cashier because i wouldn't allow their friends to cut in front of us in the line. The staff obviously have no form of customer service training thus they don't know how to deal with the customers that pays their wages. My major is in HR Management and i was appalled at the lack of customer service that was dished out to me and their rude behaviour. If they were employed in my organization they would have being severely reprimanded with a view to dismissal. Now looking back at the horrified ordeal i felt disrespected all over again, i realized that the supervisor by the name of Latoya isn't aware of what her functions is thus this Sakura Express at May Pen don't even deserve a fraction of a star. THE STAFF AT THIS RESTAURANT NEED TO BE PROPERLY TRAINED AND BE INFORMED OF THE VALUE OF THE CUSTOMERS THAT ENTER THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO SPEND THE MONEY
